Feedback on Starter?
Newbie to sourdough. This starter was born mid December. Baked a couple of loaves in the last two weeks that were dense but good. Learning the timing of the entire process for mixing, rising & baking.... but I think I'm ready to go for 2-3 loaves tomorrow.... any feedback is appreciated!
